Traditional Braids understands that stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, just give us a call or send us a message. Our customer service team will gladly cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Running Late?

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. If we keep late appointments for you, we will not be able to complete the full service you booked.
